Effective January 1, 2024, Optum has replaced Walmart as the Prescription Home Delivery and Specialty Medications provider. Walmart will no longer be providing these services. In December, Capital Rx and Optum contacted members who recently used prescription home delivery or specialty medications to explain what actions they needed to take.
