Take advantage of the steps below to finalize your enrollment within 30 days of your hire date!
Step 1: Call to enroll through the Call Center within 30 days of your hire date or a qualifying life event (QLE).

📌 Basic Life Insurance coverage through NIS – Verify Your Beneficiary Information!
📌 If you’re adding new dependents, have their SSN and date of birth handy during your enrollment!
📌 Medical FSA & Dependent Care FSA DO NOT roll over and must be re-elected individually every year.
Step 2: Print your Benefits Confirmation through Benselect!
Visit: https://chubb.benselect.com/udsd
User ID: Your Social Security Number (no dashes)
Password (PIN): Last four digits of your Social Security Number and the last two digits of your birth year
📌After Enrolling – Benefit Confirmation Access Instructions
Please note: You can modify your benefit elections only during Active Open Enrollment through the Call Center or if you experience a Life Event. However, you may update beneficiaries and download your confirmation statement.
Step 3: (If applicable) Items After Your Enrollment!
IF APPLICABLE, Click on one of the options below to review in detail your post-enrollment pending to-do list!
⏭️Qualifying life event (QLE): NEW dependents’ documents, email to benefits within 30 days of the event!
⏭️Medical Waiver, email a copy of your ID card to benefits within 30 days of enrollment!
